Wiring the VLP
When running the power, network, GPS, and camera cables to the VLP, practice good cable
management where possible and use cable ducting to protect the wiring. Standard 15 foot cables
are provided, but longer 30' cables may be required for larger SUVs.
NOTE: Check with the sales representative or review the work order to verify the length of the
cable ordered for the installation.

Always use grommets and sealant in roof holes. Avoid using silicon only to fill roof holes.
Avoid running cables through doors and trunks where the cables can be kinked or damaged. Crimped
cables might involve removing the headliner again to replace them.
