Troubleshooting
GPS LED is Off
Power is off, or there is a hardware problem. Verify that the product is receiving power. If the product is receiving
power and the GPS LED remains dark, the product is defective. Contact customer support for a replacement.
GPS LED is Fast Blinking Green
GPS measurement is incomplete or in progress. Wait a few minutes. If the LED does not change to a steady green,
try repositioning the GPS cable to get better GPS reception. After a few minutes, if the LED does not change to a
steady green, contact customer support.
