Always start mixing at the lowest speed, and by sliding the Speed Controller, increase the
speed according to the recipes.

To increase the speed, slide the Speed Controller forward ( ). To decrease the speed,
slide the Speed Controller backward ( ).

When finished, slide the Speed Controller to "O" position.

Press and hold the Battery Unlock Button to remove the Battery.

CARE AND CLEANING

IMPORTANT: Allow the appliance to cool completely before putting on or taking off parts, and
before cleaning the appliance.
IMPORTANT: Make sure the Speed Controller is at "O" position before attaching or removing
Stainless Steel Turbo Beater II accessories. Remove the Battery before cleaning.

Press the Eject Button to release the Stainless Steel Turbo Beater II accessories from the
Cordless Hand Mixer.
2.
Always remove the Stainless Steel Turbo Beater II accessories from the Cordless Hand
Mixer before cleaning. The beaters can be washed in the dishwasher or by hand in warm,
soapy water. Rinse and wipe dry.
3.
Wipe the Cordless Hand Mixer with a damp cloth. Dry with a soft cloth.
NOTE: To avoid damage to the Cordless Hand Mixer, do not immerse in water.
