3.1.5 Problems related to paper feed (part 001/2)

1 Paper selection cannot be performed properly.
2 The paper loading position is inadequate.
Or, the PAPER OUT lamp does not go off.
3 Front-feed cut sheets are not loaded automatically.
4 Front-fed continuous forms do not move back.
5 Rear-fed continuous forms do not move back.
6 Paper loading and ejection are abnormal.
7 Line spacing is narrowed..
8 The CSF does not load paper automatically.
Symptom Cause
• The paper selection HCPP
motor does not work
• HCPPSW ASY is
defective.
• The paper selection
mechanism is defective.
• The control board is
defective.
• The setup is inadequate.
• TOF adjustment in auto
load
mode is inadequate.
• Paper is defective.
• The sensor is defective.
