OPERATION
WARNING:
Do not allow familiarity with this product to make
you careless. Remember that a careless fraction
of a second is sufficient to inflict serious injury.
WARNING:
Always remove battery pack from the tool when
you are assembling parts, making adjustments,
cleaning, or when not in use. Removing battery
pack will prevent accidental starting that could
cause serious personal injury.
WARNING:
Always wear eye protection with side shields
marked to comply with ANSI Z87.1. Failure to do
so could result in objects being thrown into your
eyes and other possible serious injuries.
WARNING:
Do not use any attachments or accessories not
recommended by the manufacturer of this product.
The use of attachments or accessories not
recommended can result in serious personal injury.
WARNING:
THIS IS A HIGH TEMPERATURE GLUE GUN. Do
not touch the hot glue that comes out of this glue
gun, and do not touch the nozzle of the glue gun.
This will result in serious personal injury. When the
glue gun is hot, take extra precaution to prevent
the tool from being knocked over.
APPLICATIONS
You may use this product for the purposes listed below:
„ Applying hot glue adhesive
WARNING:
Battery tools are always in operating condition.
Ensure the tool is in the off position and remove
the battery pack when the product is not in use or
when carrying at your side.
INSTALLING/REMOVING BATTERY PACK
See Figure 1, page 8.
To install battery:
„ Insert the battery pack into the product as shown.
„ Make sure the latches on each side of the battery pack
snap into place and that battery pack is secured in the
product before beginning operation.
To remove battery:
„ Push the MODE button until the glue gun is powered off.
„ Depress the latches to remove the battery pack.

uals for your battery pack and charger.
LED INDICATOR FUNCTIONS
See Figure 2, page 9.
When a charged battery pack is installed in the tool, the
Mode LED indicator lights will indicate the status of the tool
when the tool is powered on.

MODE BUTTON (L-M-H-OFF)

Push the MODE button to select the L (low), M (medium), or
H (high) temperature or to power off the glue gun.
NOTE: When the OFF position is selected, the OFF LED
indicator light will flash 5 times to indicate the unit is turning
off, then the light will go out.
LED WORKLIGHT
See Figure 2, page 9.
An LED worklight on the base of the tool illuminates dark
work surfaces. Press the LED worklight button to power
the worklight on and off. The LED worklight illuminates only
when there is a charged battery pack in the tool.
