♦ Choose the desired accessory and locate it in the jar
according to the instructions.
♦ Fit the lid onto the jar and lock it by turning clockwise.
(Fig. 2).
♦ Add ingredients in the opening and use the pusher to
process the food.
♦ The pusher can be used as a measuring cup.
♦ Connect the appliance to the mains.
♦ Turn the appliance on using the speed selector
♦ IMPORTANT: while the appliance is operating, never
place fingers into the jar. Always use the pusher for
adding ingredients.
♦ Note: the appliance cannot be switched on until the bowl
and the lid has been attached an locked in place
Chopping Blade (F):
♦ This accessory is used for chopping, crushing, mashing.
♦ Insert the accessory into the accessories holder (C) until
hear the click. Make sure it is correctly fitted.
♦ Place the accessories holder on the central axis of the
jar.
Beating disc (G):
♦ This accessory is used to prepare cream, egg whites
and mayonnaise.
♦ Insert the accessory into the accessories holder (C) until
hear the click. Make sure it is correctly fitted.
♦ Place the accessories holder on the central axis of the
jar.
Kneading blade (H):
♦ This accessory is used to knead heavy dough and mix
ingredients that should not be chopped.
♦ Insert the accessory into the kneading blade support (I)
until hear the click. Make sure it is correctly fitted.
♦ Place the accessories holder on the central axis of the
jar.
Grating/slicing disc (J):
♦ These accessories are used to cut or grate fruit, vegeta-
bles, cheese, etc. There are different sizes of zest and
cutting, besides being reversible.
♦ Insert the accessory into the accessories holder (C).
Make sure it is correctly fitted.
♦ Place the accessories holder on the central axis of the
jar.

Once you have finished using the appli-
ance:
♦ Stop the appliance, selecting position 0 on the selector
control.
♦ Unplug the appliance from the mains.
♦ Open the lid by turning in the opposite direction.
♦ Remove the accessory and the support.
♦ Remove the accessory form the holder. In the case of
the chopping blade and kneading blade, press the two
tabs until the accessory is released.
♦ Unlock the jar by turning in the opposite direction.
♦ Clean the appliance.
CLEANING
♦ Disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to
cool before undertaking any cleaning task.
♦ Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops
of washing-up liquid.
♦ Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH
such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the
appliance.
♦ Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid
or place it under running water.
♦ It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly and
remove any food remains.
♦ If the appliance is not in good condition of cleanliness, its
surface may degrade and inexorably affect the duration
of the appliance's useful life and could become unsafe
to use.
♦ The following pieces may be washed in a dishwasher
(using a soft cleaning program and not exceeding 50ºC )
or can be cleaned with a sponge and soapy water:
-Lid and jar
-Spatula
-Kneading blade
-Pusher / measuring cup
-Chopping blade
-Beating disc
-Kneading blade suppot
-Accessories holder
-Slicing reversible disc
