How to Use

Wash all parts as instructed in the CARE AND CLEANING section.

Assembling your juicer
In order to assemble your juicer, follow these steps:

  1. Lower the container through the base stem unto the base (A).
  2. Lower the strainer through the base stem unto the container (B).
  3. Small cone fits inside the large cone (C).
Note: When using the large cone place the small cone inside it. The small cone can be used by itself.
  4. Choose a cone, lower it through the base stem unto the strainer (D).

EXTRACTING JUICE

  1. Unwrap the cord around the cord wrap underneath the base (E).
  2. Plug the cord into a standard electrical outlet.
  3. Cut fruit in half (orange, lime, lemon or grapefruit).
  4. Remove the storage cover from the citrus juicer.
  5. Open the snap-up spout by pushing it down.
  6. Place a glass under the stainless steel snap-up spout.
Note: When the juicing action begins, the juice flows directly into the glass.
  7. Place the cut side down over the cone (F). Using moderate to firm pressure, press the fruit down to start the juicing action which rotates the cone clockwise until the pressure is released. By applying pressure again the cone rotates counterclockwise.
Note: The cone changes direction every time you release the pressure and stop pressing the fruit down on the cone.
  8. For best results, alternate between pressing the fruit down firmly and releasing pressure to extract all the juice from the fruit. Do this several times.
  9. The motor stops automatically when you remove the fruit from the cone or if the pressure is completely released.
  10. When you finish the juicing action, lift the stainless steel snap-up spout to stop the juicer from dripping (G).
Note: Always lift the snap-up spout when you are done juicing.
