Mounting the server to the rack

To mount the server into the rack:
If you installed the rail screw and rail washer in step 6 of section 3.1.1 Attaching the rack
rails, make sure to remove the rail screw and the rail washer first before proceeding to the
next step.
Align the server rails with the rack rails, then push the server all the way to the depth of the
rack.

Ensure that the rack rail cabinet and the rack posts are stable and standing firmly on a
level surface.
We strongly recommend that at least two able-bodied persons perform the steps
described in this guide.
We recommend the use an appropriate lifting tool or device, if necessary.
