Load plain Letter/A4 paper in Tray #1

Pull Tray #1 completely out of the machine as
shown by the arrow.
NOTE
Fan the stack of paper well.

Load the paper in Tray #1 and adjust the paper
guides.
Do not exceed this mark

Slowly push Tray #1 completely into the machine.

Pull out the paper support until it locks into place.
NOTE
After finishing the machine setup, you can change the paper
type or size as needed. For more information about paper

Connect the power cord and Install the
starter ink cartridges

Connect the power code. The machine will power
on automatically.
NOTE
You can adjust the control panel angle to read the LCD more
easily.
