Belt Guard
Place the pulley and belt guards over the pulley
assembly and secure using the
head bolts, washers and nuts provided. Attach
the plastic knob to the upper guard door. See
Figure 7.

Fasten the final brace to the two stand legs and
secure tightly. Inspect all work up to this point
and ensure that all fasteners are tight.

Table
Mounting the table is quite simple. The trunnion
support bracket is already mounted to the band-
saw unit. To mount the table to the support brack-
et:
1.
Remove the table insert and tapered pin
from the table.
2.
Slip the table past the blade through the
table slot and set the table trunnions (Part #
50) onto the support bracket. Make sure the
tightening bolts drop through the bracket.
3.
Secure the table to the support bracket by
tightening the two star knobs. See Figure 8.
Remember to position the table so that the
miter slot is to the right of blade.

Always keep the tapered table pin (Part # 4)
in place when operating the bandsaw.
