Battery will not charge.
Light will not illuminate.
Unit shuts off abruptly.

Possible Cause
Charger not plugged into a working
outlet.
Charging cable not plugged into
working USB port.
Charging cable damaged.
Battery not charged.
Battery has reached its maximum
thermal limit.
Out of charge. (To maximize the life
of the battery pack it is designed to
flash 5 times to indicated charge is
needed.)
Possible solution
Plug charger into a working outlet.
Refer to "Important Charging Notes" for
more details.
Check USB port by plugging in another
USB device.
Check by using another charging cable.
Check charging LED for battery status –
RED not charged, Green fully charged.
Allow battery to cool down.
Place on charger and allow to charge.
