nOTE: Recharge discharged batteries as soon as possible after
use or battery life may be greatly diminished. for longest battery
life, do not discharge batteries fully. It is recommended that the
batteries be recharged after each use.

WARNING: Fire hazard. When disconnecting the charger
from the light, be sure to unplug the charger from the
outlet first, then disconnect the charger cord from the light.
Important Charging Notes

CAUTION: To reduce the risk of damage to the batteries,
NEVER charge them in an air temperature below 40°F
(4,5°C) or above 105°F (40,5°C). Also, NEVER charge them
if the battery temperature is below 40°F (4,5°C) or above
105°F (40,5°C). Longest life and best performance occurs
when batteries are charged with an air temperature of
approximately 75°F (24°C).
1. While charging, the charger may hum and become warm
to touch. This is a normal condition and does not indicate a
problem.
2. The light should be recharged when it fails to produce sufficient
light while being used. Battery life may be greatly diminished
if batteries are discharged deeply. DO NOT CONTINUE using
product with its batteries in a depleted condition. Recharge
discharged batteries promptly.
3. To maximize battery life:
a. Do not fully discharge batteries.
b. Fully recharge batteries after each use.
c. Store light in a location where the surrounding air
temperature is approximately 40°F ‑ 75°F (4.5°C ‑ 24°C).
d. AlWAYs disconnect charger from light after charge
is complete.

OPERATION


CAUTION: Do not stare into the LEDs. Serious eye
injury could result.
On/Off Button (Fig. C)

2. To turn the flood light on, press the power button a second
time. The direction light will turn off.

To change the flood light intensity, press and hold the
power button – after 3 seconds, the light intensity will
change. The flood light will blink once to indicate the
light has reached maximum or minimum intensity. To
reverse intensity release button and then press again
and hold.
3. To turn it off, press the power button a third time.
4. nOTE: If the directional light has been on for more than 5
seconds, pressing the power button will turn the light off.
nOTE: At low battery, the flood light will flash 3‑5 times every
3‑5minutes .This indicates that the light should be recharged as
soon as possible.

MAINTENANCE

Your BLACK+DECKERproduct has been designed to operate
over a long period of time with a minimum of maintenance.
Continuous satisfactory operation depends upon proper care
and regular cleaning.
nOTE: This product contains long‑life Light Emitting Diode
bulbs (LED). These LED bulbs are not replaceable. When the LED
bulbs reach the end of life, the work light should be recycled or
disposed of through available channels for electrical waste and
electronic equipment.

Rechargeable Battery
This long life battery must be recharged when it fails to produce
sufficient power on jobs which were easily done before.
At the end of its technical life, discard it with due care for
our environment:
WARNING: Never use solvents or other harsh chemicals
for cleaning the non-metallic parts of the lamp. These
chemicals may weaken the materials used in these parts.
Use a cloth dampened only with water and mild soap.
Never let any liquid get inside the lamp; never immerse any
part of the lamp into a liquid.
WARNING: Since accessories, other than those offered
by BLACK+DECKER, have not been tested with this
product, use of such accessories with this product could
be hazardous.
Separate collection. Products and batteries marked
with this symbol must not be disposed of with
normal household waste.
Products and batteries contain materials that

Li‑Ion cells are recyclable. Take them to your dealer or a local
recycling station. The collected products will be recycled or
