Sleep Tips
There are three types of sleep tips that are displayed on a daily basis in the app. The first type is personalized tips,
based on your personal sleep patterns and habits. The second type is "Expert Tips", provided by a sleep expert from
Harvard, and the third are general "did you know" sleep related tips.
Use the personalized tips to implement changes to your habits in order to achieve a better sleep score and to feel
more refreshed when you wake up.

The measured sleep result (7 parameters) may differ from the user's perspective of his own sleep
∙
Total Sleep Time is based on the time which SLEEPsense detects as actual sleep
∙
Times Awaken means the number which SLEEPsense sensed as user's Wake-Up, and this can be different
from the number that user actually recognized as awaken from the sleep.
