    Operation Minimum Requirements WI-FI / 3G connectivity ∙ Connection to the Internet (either by a personal home Wi-Fi router or via GSM(3G/LTE)) is required for tracking sleep data with the SLEEPsense on a daily basis. ∙ If Internet connectivity is lost, data will be restored after connectivity resumes (within 12 hours of disconnec- tion).

    Operation Menu Tapping the menu icon at the upper left corner of the screen opens the menu side bar.     Operation ∙ Installing a new Air Conditioner In order to install a new Air Conditioner you may either: Enter the Smart Sleep screen from Menu or Overview screen. Tap on the ‘INSTALL NOW’ button. Press & hold the ‘Timer’ button of the remote control for more than 4 seconds, you will see ‘AP’ on Air Condi- tioner’s display.

    Operation Overview (Sleeping Summary Screen) Sleep Score Calculation The sleep score that is displayed in the morning is calculated based on seven different parameters: your total sleep time, the sleep efficiency (which means the ratio between the total sleep time and the total time spent in bed), the time it took you to fall asleep, the number of times you woke up during the night, the number of times you exited the bed, the percentage of deep sleep out of the sleep time, and the percentage of REM sleep out of the sleep time.

    Operation Daily Sleep Summary Report When you wake up the SLEEPsense App will show your summary report. The report consists of the sleep score, at the Overview tab, and the graph, at the Daily tab. In the Overview tab you can see your score and the different components of it (sleep time, time to fall asleep, times awakened, sleep efficiency, deep sleep and REM).
