1-1-3. Internal Hard Disk

There are two models of NSR-S20: HDD model (with an internal hard disk) and non-HDD model (with-
out an internal hard disk). Check the specifi cation of the NSR-S20 on the model number label of the unit.

With respect to the non-HDD model (model number label indication 00), the user installs a hard disk other
than the Sony standard hard disk or an external hard disk is installed.
When a non-HDD model with a user-installed hard disk is returned for repair, replace the hard disk with a
Sony standard hard disk (! A-1823-472-A) and test the operation of the model.
When normal operation has been verifi ed with the Sony standard hard disk, the user-installed hard disk
may be defective.
