Switch Settings

The IAD(8)-U( ) ETU has two switches that are described below.
Switch S1 is a Press to Reset switch
Switch S2 is a Card Configuration switch. Refer to
Switch Settings.

S2-1 ~ 3 Always Off
S2-4 On to enable
Off to disable
S2-5 On — enable 8 ports
Off — enable 4 ports
S2-6 ~ 8

Connectors

This ETU has the following connectors:
P1 Connects to the backboard
J1, J10, J11 Reserved for future use
J5 RJ-45 Ethernet connector for future use
J6 Default RJ-45 Ethernet connector

Installation

The IAD (8)-U( ) ETU can be installed in any KSU slot that supports the
applicable simulated ETU.
