BUFFALO prides itself on quality and service,
ensuring that at the time of packaging the contents
are supplied fully functional and free of damage.
Should you find any damage as a result of transit,
please contact your BUFFALO dealer immediately.
Preparation
1. Remove the Heat Shade assembly from the
carton.
2. Remove tape and protective packaging from all
surfaces of unit.
3. Make sure the installation site provides the
proper installation clearances for the unit.

Installation

• Never mount the appliance in humid or wet
environment.
• Mount the appliance in an easily accessible
location, so it may be used when needed for
keeping food warm.
• When mounting the appliance, make sure
that walls, partition walls, kitchen furniture,
decorative edges, etc. that are nearby are not
made of flammable materials. Otherwise, they
must be covered with a non-flammable, heat
isolating material.
• When mounting, observe fire-fighting
regulations in force in the country of
installation.
Note:
• Fixings not included.
• You may unscrew the threaded
nuts to adjust the length to fit your
requirements.

Operation

Turn the appliance On/Off using the power switch
(I/O) located on the top of the lamp shade.
Note: The appliance only
maintains temperature. It does
NOT continue to cook food.
Cleaning, Care &
Maintenance
• Proper maintenance plays an important
part in the life span and functioning of
the shade.
• The heat shade must not be cleaned by
a water jet.
• Disconnect the heat shade from the
power source prior to cleaning and any
maintenance. Ensure the surface is cool.
• This unit can be cleaned with a damp sponge
and mild soap. Rinse with clean water and
wipe dry.
• Do not immerse in water or other liquid.
