1. Upgrade the software on the transceiver. To use the software upgrade feature on the CPS,
choose MR7.4 SW or subsequent (see "Using the MR7.4 or Subsequent Software" on
page 88).
2. Replace the control head with a Remote Mount Enhanced Control Head:
