Printing Your Line Button Template
1. Open your User Settings page.
2. Click the Print/See Template button.
3. Follow the instructions at the bottom of the screen to print the
button template for your phone.

Using Personal Voice Mail
The first time you access your voice mail, the default password is
your phone extension plus 100. For example, if your phone
extension is 211, your default password is 311.
To access personal voice mail from your IP phone:
1. Press the Voice Mail feature button.
2. Enter your voice mail password when prompted and press the
# key.
To access personal voice mail remotely:
1. Dial your 10-digit phone number.
2. When you hear your voice mail greeting, press the * key to
interrupt your greeting.
3. Follow the voice prompts to access your voice mail.
To change your personal voice mail password:
1. Press the Voice Mail feature button.
2. Follow the voice prompts to change your password.
To retrieve voice mail messages:
When you have a new voice mail message, the handset LED lights
up red, the Voice Mail feature button lights up green. To hear the
message, press the Voice Mail feature button and enter your voice
mail password.
To record greetings from your IP phone:
1. Press the Voice Mail feature button.
2. Follow the voice prompts to choose Primary Greeting or
Alternate Greeting.
3. Choose the Record option to record the desired greeting.
