Ensure the freezer is plugged in and connected
to power
Check that the voltage is not low
Check for power failure or if circuits were tripped
Thoroughly clean the interior of the freezer.
Do not overload the freezer
Do not put hot contents in the freezer
Note that it is normal that the freezer operates
for a longer time in summer when the ambient
temperature is higher
Check if the freezer is still connected to power
supply or if the light is damaged
Have light replaced by specialist
Check for any items blocking the freezer door or
unbalanced placement of items
Check if freezer is tilted
Ensure that the freezer is sitting on a flat and
stable surface
Ensure that the freezer accessories are
properly placed
Remove anything that may be on the door seal
Use a hair dryer or hot towel to heat the door seal
and then allow it to cool
Make sure there isn't too much food in the freezer and
that the food does not contain too much water
If the doors aren't properly closed, air entering through
may result in increased water due to defrosting
When housing becomes hot due to high ambient
temperature or too much food being stored, provide
ventilation to promote heat dissipation
Condensation on the exterior of the door seals is
normal when ambient humidity is too high
Wipe the condensation with a clean towel
The compresser may cause a buzzing sound when
starting up or shutting down.
The solenoid valve or electric switch valve may create
a clattering sound which is normal and does not
affect the operation.
