    Measurement unit button 12 Battery compartment Intended use The Philips body analysis scale measures body weight and uses bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) technology to estimate body fat percentage of healthy adults. The device is intended for use in the home/domestic environment only.

    English Warnings Keep the device out of reach of infants, children or pets, since inhalation or swallowing of small parts (e.g. carpet feet, batteries) can be dangerous or even fatal. Do not step on the device when your body or feet are wet, especially after bathing or showering to prevent slipping.

Using the body analysis scale This Philips body analysis scale automatically switches on as soon as you step on the measurement platform. The device applies BIA (bioelectrical impedance analysis) technology. Weak current flows through the human body to measure the bioelectrical impedance and estimate body fat percentage.
