Grind, dose, tamp, and pull a shot.

Changing the grind setting will change the amount of coffee produced in a given amount of time. If you
need to adjust the grind, reinsert the grounds bin and dial in using weight mode. Then follow the steps to
transition back to Time mode for PortaHolder use.
Removing the PortaHolder should be done by pulling with force from the base.
