AASTRA 5361 – PHONE TRAINING
1. Key functions:
o Call key – answer/ call key
o End key – end call/ return key
o Navigation key – Functions:
1. Upward: opens activated features
2. To the right: Opens the Menu
3. Downward: Opens Settings
4. General use: scrolls forward and backward to the menu and navigates lists.
o Volume/ cursor (- & +) key – lower and higher volume
o Loudspeaker key – Press to hear loudspeaker * For someone to hear you back when you are speaking on
loudspeaker you have to have the handset off-hook because the phone doesn't have a microphone
implanted in it.
o Redial key – Press to select the phone number last dialed. (6 last)
o Microphone key – Press it to turn off and on the handset microphone.
o Phone book key – you can search for an internal number through the phonebook by entering the first three
letters of their surname. Then scroll down using the navigation key until you find it.
o Correction key ( C ) – Delete the last character or go back one step in the menu.
o Fox key – Opens the menu and displays other functions.
