STORING DATA IN PM CHANNELS

1 Confirm that the following conditions have been
satisfied:

Both bands are in the receive mode.

Scan is not being used on either band.

Microphone Control is OFF.

2 Select the desired band.

3 Select the desired frequency and related data
(Tone, CTCSS, DTSS, etc.) using VFO mode.

4 If required, select another band, then select the desired

frequency and related data.

5 Press [F] , [PM].

The PM channel numbers appear and blink.

6 Press [1] to [4] corresponding to the desired PM

channel.

The selected frequency and related data are stored in the
PM channel.

RECALLING PM CHANNELS

1 Press [PM].
The PM channel numbers appear.
CALL
CALL
2 Press [1] to [4] corresponding to the desired PM
channel.
The contents of the selected channel are recalled.
The selected channel number appears at the left bottom
of the display.
To exit PM Recall mode, press [PM], [VFO].
Note: You cannot recall a PM memory channel while transmitting.
