Problem
The toothbrush stops
operating every once in
a while.
The vibration increases
gradually when pressing
the power switch.
The toothbrush shaft
moves.
The toothbrush does not
operate.
If the problems still cannot be solved, contact your dealer or a service centre authorized by Panasonic for repair.
Possible cause
The "30-second brushing
notification timer function" is in
operation. (See page 11.)
The "Soft start function" is in
operation.
(See page 10.)
The battery has reached the
end of its life (approx. 3 years).
The appliance is used in a
temperature condition of
approximately 5 °C or lower.
Action
This is not a malfunction. Continue using it.
This is the normal condition. (See page 11.)
Please remove the built-in rechargeable
battery. (See page 18.)
Please contact your dealer or Service Centre
to replace the battery.
Do not use the appliance in temperature
conditions of approximately 5 °C or lower.
