    USING YOUR ELECTRIC SLICER FOR THE FIRST TIME WARNING: DO NOT INSERT THE PLUG INTO AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET, OR TURN ON THE SLICER BEFORE YOU HAVE FULLY CLEANED AND ASSEMBLED IT. CAUTION: The blade is extremely sharp, DO NOT TOUCH THE EDGES. When removing the blade for cleaning, hold it by the blade lock and handle with great care.

    INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE This slicer will only slice pieces of food up to 15cm in diameter, this is the height of the blade. Larger chunks of food will need to be chopped in half. • Put the slicer on a dry, firm, flat surface near a socket.

    HINTS AND TIPS • Only slice food such as cheese, meat, vegetables and soft bread. NEVER cut frozen food, meat with bones, fruit with stones or very hard food with this slicer. • If slicing juicy ingredients, for example tomatoes or rare cooked meat, use a damp cloth to wipe up juices between slicing, to avoid these getting into the mechanism.
