This manual is intended for users familiar with basic networking concepts, who create an in-home local area network, and system administrators, who install and configure networks in offices.

Enter the username (admin) in the Username field and the password you specified in the Password field, then click the LOGIN button.

You can click each icon to display information about each part of the network at the bottom of the screen.

The Settings section provides you with the most essential settings. On the Setup Wizard page you can run the Setup Wizard. The Wizard allows you to configure the router for operation in the needed mode and specify all parameters necessary for getting started (for the description of the Wizard, see the Setup Wizard section, page 48).

To do this, enter a new password in the User’s interface password and Password confirmation fields. You may set any password except admin.
