Uninstalling Drivers
If the drivers are not working properly, it might help to remove the drivers and install

them again. Before you remove the drivers, make sure the following.
- You have the installation software available for installation.
- No application is running on your computer.
IMPORTANT
Uninstallation in Windows 2000/XP needs to be done by a user with administrator
privileges.
From Driver Uninstaller

Insert the CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive.
The Main menu appears.

Click [Install Software].
The [InstallShield Wizard] dialog box appears.
