2. Precautions for Disassembly
Perform "Water Resistance Confirmation" on page 23
before disassembling the transceiver. If it fails, perform
"Leakage Location Identifi cation" on page 26.
■ Disassembly procedure
1. Remove the channel knob q and volume knob w.
2. Remove the bond e from the screw using a pair of
tweezers.
3. Remove the two screws r.
4. Lift and remove the chassis from the case.
■ Removing the TX-RX unit from the chassis
1. Remove the cord ASSY from the connector of the TX-RX
unit (CN400) q.
2. Remove the PTT FPC from the connector of the TX-RX
unit (CN401) w.
3. Remove the 14 screws e.
4. Anchor the screw hole of the TX-RX unit using the tip of
a pair of tweezers as shown in the fi gure. Then, lift the
TX-RX unit to remove it from the chassis r.

2. 拆卸注意事项
拆卸手持对讲机之前，先进行第 23 页的"防水性能确认" 。
如果确认失败，请进行第 26 页的"泄漏位置确认" 。
■拆卸步骤
1. 拆下信道旋钮 ① 和音量旋钮 ②。
2. 用镊子除去螺丝上的粘合剂 ③。
3. 拆下两颗螺丝 ④。
4. 从壳体中提起并取出底座。
■从底座取下 TX-RX 单元
1. 拆下 TX-RX 单元 (CN400) 连接器的线缆组件 ①。
2. 拆下 TX-RX 单元 (CN401) 连接器的 PTT FPC ②。
3. 拆下 14 颗螺丝 ③。
4. 如图所示，用镊子的末端固定 TX-RX 单元的螺丝孔。然后，
提起 TX-RX 单元，将其从底座取下 ④。
