- Page 2 STEP 1 FIGURE 1 Open hood and remove the plastic push pins that attach the plastic radiator shield. Use push pin pliers, non-marring prybar or equivalent. See Figures 1, 1.1 FIGURE 1.1 STEP 2 FIGURE 2 Reove the (8) 10mm bolts towards the front of the truck and set aside to install later.
- Page 3 STEP 3 FIGURE 3 Remove grille by pulling away from the truck on the top and using a pick or a flat head screw driver, push pins down on the bottom of the grille and pull the grille out. NOTE - BE SURE NOT TO DROP ANY CLIPS WHEN REMOVING THE GRILLE See Figures 3, 3.1...
