Problem
The toothbrush does not operate.
The toothbrush stops operating
every once in a while.
The vibration increases
gradually when pressing the
power switch.
The toothbrush shaft moves.
If the problems still cannot be solved, contact the customer service center.

Possible cause
The rechargeable battery has reached
its operating life. (Approx. 3 years)
The appliance is used with
approximately 5 °C or lower.
The "30-second brushing notification timer
function" is in operation. (See page 23.)
The "Soft start function" is in operation.
(See page 23.)
Action
Replace the battery. (See page 29.)
Please contact the customer service center.
Do not use the appliance with approximately 5 °C
or lower.
This is not a malfunction.
Continue using it.
This is the normal condition. (See page 23.)
