4. Hardware Handshaking 硬件握手
When enable this feature, scanner will output a Request to Send (RTS) signal and wait for a Clear to Send(CTS) signal before
transmitting data.
如果启用该功能，读码器就会在发送数据之前输出一个发送请求（RTS）信号，在收到允许发送（CTS）信号后才会进行数据
传输。
