Volume Key
To scroll the volume of your handset press up or down on the silver navigator dial on
your handset, located in the bottom right hand corner
↕ the listening volume when you are on speaker or have the handset lifted.

External Call - Call Light flashes red.
Internal Call - Call Light flashes red & the name of the extension calling appears

Making Calls
To make a call either pick up your handset or press the speaker key for hands free.
Dial 0, then the number you wish to call.

Microphone Control

Press the MIC key to turn the external microphone on or off.

Red light above MIC indicates if the microphone is turned on or off. (It is
recommended that your microphone is always left on.)

Placing a Call on Hold

During conversation, press the HOLD key

The line key that the call came in on will begin a steady flash

Retrieving a Call Placed on Hold

Pick up the handset.

Press the flashing button.
NB: Flashing green means the call was placed on hold by your handset, red means it
was placed on hold by another handset.

Transferring Calls

Press Hold

Dial station number (or press programmed key)

Announce call

Press transfer

Message Light Cancel

If you have a flashing message light on your handset

Pick up the handset and dial 773

You will hear a confirmation tone, and the light will be cancelled.
