Troubleshooting

Solution
– Insert a disc.
– Check if the disc is inserted upside down.
– Wait until the moisture condensation at the lens
has cleared.
– Replace or clean the disc (see "Maintenance").
– Check for any scratches or smudges on the disc.

– Press INTERNET again.
– Make sure you have configured your home
network correctly (try connecting to the internet
from a PC on the same network).
– Check your network settings in the product.
– Try to change the Audio Buffer settings in the
set options.
– If the signal is too weak, adjust the antenna or

– Increase the distance between the Micro System
and your TV or VCR.
