HELPFUL HINTS BOUT YOUR OVEN • When the oven is turned on, the blue light will come on and remain illuminated until the oven is turned off manually or automatically when the timer has been used. • When selecting baking time for a particular product or recipe, include preheat time.

For best results, preheat oven with door closed at 450°F for at least 5 minutes before broiling. This oven is designed to provide a broil function with the door slightly ajar. You can also select the optimum broiling temperature for each specific food.

Turn lamb chops over and season with salt and garlic pepper. Continue broiling until desired doneness, about 5 minutes for medium.
