The Power Boost feature lets you increase the mixing speed to the maximum power level from any speed setting by depressing the Power Boost Button. Mixer is unplugged and the Speed Control Switch is in the OFF position. To insert a Beater, grasp the Mixer with one hand and the Beater stem with the other.
