    Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children. To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not put can opener, charging base, cord or charger in water or other liquid. Do not operate in the presence of explosive and/or flammable fumes.

  • Page 3: How To Use

    1. Plug the Charging Base into a standard outlet. While charging, it is normal for the Charging Base to feel warm. 2. Stand the Can Opener in the Charging Base as shown (A). The unit is designed so the batteries may be on continuous charge.
  • Page 4 Removal: 1. Remove the Cutting Assembly from the unit. (See “Care and Cleaning”). Use a small Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws on the unit and pry the two halves apart. You will see two barrel shaped batteries and connections. If the batteries have leaked or vented, put on protective gloves before touching them.
