Additional operations

Selecting a recording mode

Press REC MODE.
Each time you press the button, [HQ], [SP], or [SLP] appears in sequence.
See page 12 for details on the recording mode.
Note
You cannot do this operation during recording.

Selecting a chapter interval

See page 13 for details on chapters.

Display [Auto Chp] by pressing FUNCTION/ENTER.
Each time you press the button, [Finalize?], [Erase All?], [Auto Play?], [Auto
Chp], or [PlayerType] appears in sequence.

Press SELECT to select the interval.
Each time you press the button, [5 minutes], [10 minutes], [15 minutes], or
[None] appears in sequence.
Note
You cannot do this operation during recording
To create chapters manually
Select [None] for [Auto Chp].
The videos are recorded as one chapter until you pause recording.
Pressing REC during recording also writes a chapter mark.

Creating titles manually

Stop recording. The videos are recorded as one title until you stop recording.
