Basic Operation
During a Meeting
You can start a meeting with a remote party by dialing. Once you have
made a connection with the remote party, you can begin talking just like
normal phone call.
The following describes how to call a remote party.
You have to register your local system data and set up the Multimedia
Terminal before starting a meeting.
Notes
• Meetings using the V.35 interface are available when the optional PCS-
I602 V.35 board has been installed.
• Meetings using the RS-449 interface are available when the optional
PCS-I603 RS-449 board has been installed.
• Meetings on a LAN are available when the system has been upgraded
with the optional PCS-UC601 Upgrade Kit.
The following launcher menu is always displayed on the monitor screen
not in communication.
