FCC STATEMENT
The Instant Wireless Wireless A/G USB Network Adapter has been tested and found
to comply with the specifications for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the
FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and
(2) This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may
cause undesired operation.
These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful
interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can
radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used according to the

device must comply with the following:
• Access points with 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz integrated antenna must operate with a
separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons using the cable provided and
must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or
transmitter.
End-users must be provided with specific operations for satisfying RF exposure
compliance.
Note: Dual antennas used for diversity operation are not considered co-located.
