  • Page 7 ABOUT COOKING Your oven has a variety of cooking options that are divided into automatic and manual. SuperSteam Convection, Steam and Microwave have both automatic and manual choices. Convection SuperSteam Co.vectio. SuperSteam is combined with convection removed.

    INFORMATION DISH CHECK. If you wish to check if a dish is safe for microwaving, place the empty dish in the oven and microwave on 100% power for 30 seconds. If the dish becomes very hot, do NOT use it for microwaving.
  • Page 10 Never heat oil or fat for deep frying as this may lead to overheating and fire. CAUTION: Always use dry pot holders or oven mitts to remove food or utensils from the oven. Be careful when opening the oven door to allow steam to dissipate.
