Prepare the Top Thread
e Thread the Needle

Raise the presser foot lifter,
Press the Up/Down needle position button twice to rinse the needle.
(&) Draw thread into thread guide using both hands.
(_ Then down around the check spring holder.
(_) Firmly draw the thread from right to left over the take-up lever and down into the take-up lever
eye,
(_ Then down through the lower thread gurde.
(_) Slide the thread behind the needle bar thread guide on the left.
(_ Thread the needJe from front to back.
