Problem
•Ribbon Cartridge is
empty.
•Ribbon Cartridge is not
installed when you turn
the printer on.
•Ribbon Cartridge is not
installed when you try to
print images.
•Images were set wrong.
•Printer failed to read the
memory card.
•No images on the
memory card.
•This appears when you
try to print from a
camera that does not
support PictBridge.

Troubleshooting
•Replace Ribbon cartridge.

•Install Ribbon cartridge

Ribbon cartridge.)
•Press the OK button.
•Install Ribbon cartridge
(
see page 2.2-Installing the
Ribbon cartridge.)
•Press the Print button.
•Reset image properly.
•Remove and insert the
memory card again.
•If the error occurs again, try
another memory card.
•Re-load images onto the
memory card and try again.
•Connect a camera that
supports PictBridge.
