with in fiv e (5) years, suc h d efec tiv e p art will b e rep aired or rep lac ed ,
free of c h arg e, at Honeywell A nalytic s' d isc retion if sh ip p ed p rep aid to
Honeywell A nalytic s at 4005 Matte B lv d ., Unit G , B rossard , Q ueb ec ,
J 4Y 2P 4, in a p ac k ag e eq ual to or in th e orig inal c ontainer. T h e P rod uc t
will b e returned freig h t p rep aid and rep aired or rep lac ed if it is
d eterm ined b y Honeywell A nalytic s th at th e p art failed d ue to d efec tiv e
m aterials or work m ansh ip . T h e rep air or rep lac em ent of any suc h
d efec tiv e p art sh all b e Honeywell A nalytic s' sole and ex c lusiv e
resp onsib ility and liab ility und er th is lim ited warranty.

Re- Stocking Policy

T h e following re-stoc k ing fees will ap p ly wh en c ustom ers return
p rod uc ts for c red it:
1. 15% re-stoc k ing fee will b e ap p lied if th e p rod uc t is returned with in
1 m onth following th e sh ip p ing d ate
2. 3 0% re-stoc k ing fee will b e ap p lied if th e p rod uc t is returned with in
3 m onths following th e sh ip p ing d ate
A full c red it (less re-stoc k ing fee) will only b e issued if th e p rod uc t is in
p erfec t work ing c ond ition. If rep airs are req uired on th e returned
p rod uc t, th e c ost of th ese rep airs will b e d ed uc ted from th e c red it to b e
issued .
N o c red its will b e issued b eyond th e th ree m onth p eriod .
