    GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS The unit must be properly grounded. If it should malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current in order to reduce the risk of electric shock. This unit is equipped with a cord with an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that has been properly installed in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.

    OPERATION Preparation before exercise 1. Plug the power plug into the power outlet. 2. Turn the lock switch key to the “open” position. 3. Slide the power switch to the “on” position. 4. Attach the stirrup bracket and the stirrup. There are two stirrups, one each for the left and right feet.
