2.4.1 Connecting OfficeServ Manager to LAN Port
Connecting a PC to the system through the LAN port. Such a PC is called 'a remote
OfficeServ Manager', which enables remote management of the OfficeServ 7200 system
through the network.
This section describes how to connect a remote OfficeServ Manager to the system
and how to set the S/W.
The H/W connection via LAN between the OfficeServ 7200, equipped with a LIM
Module, and the OfficeServ Manager is as follows:
The procedure for connecting a OSM using a modem is as follows:
1) Set network parameters through MMC 830.
2) Set Remote OSM parameters.
