Tape – Play

Loading a tape

Press Z PUSH on the unit.

Load a recorded/recordable tape into
the cassette holder.
With the side
you want to
play/record
facing
forward.

Playing a tape

You can use TYPE I (normal) tape.
Use buttons on the unit for the operation.

Load a recorded tape.

Press TAPE nN.
When using the buttons on the remote, press
TAPE, then press N.
Press TAPE nN (or N on the remote)
again to play the reverse side.

Press DIRECTION repeatedly to select
"g" to play one side, "h" to play
both sides, or "j"
repeatedly.
* The tape automatically stops after playing back
five times.
Other operations
To Do this
Press x.
Stop play
Press X on the remote. Press again
Pause
to resume play.
Fast-forward or Press .m/M> (or
press m/M on the remote).
rewind
Press Z PUSH.
Remove a tape
