2.1 EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR ADJUSTMENT

Instrument
Oscilloscope Capable of measuring 100 MHz or
higher bands and calibrated.
Vectorscope Must be calibrated.
Frequency indicator Readable in 8 or more digits. con-
stancy of 0.1 ppm/1 x 10
at 0°C to 40°C and calibrated.
Multi-meter Input impedance of 10 MΩ or higher
and calibrated.
Color type instrument with a 75 Ω
TV monitor
video input.

2.3 GENERAL SETUP

(1) Set the switches on the CPU and MOTOR boards as shown
in the following table.

(2) Capture a test pattern so that it just fills the scanned area by adjusting the pan/tilt control lever and zoom of the RM-P2580. Set the
current condition as the home position.
