Use the fuel hose connector (male) to
attach the portable fuel tank (optional
equipment).
Always install the fuel hose
connector cap if the fuel hose
connector (female) is not connected.
Be sure the fuel hose connector cap is
securely installed.

The portable fuel tank has a capacity
of 3.2 US gal (12 L, 2.6 Imp gal) and
has a fuel gauge built into the fuel
tank connector.

Fuel Filler Cap Vent Knob

(Optional Equipment for BF5D
and BF6A)

FUEL FILLER CAP
The fuel filler cap is provided with a
vent knob to seal the portable fuel
tank for carrying it to and from the
boat. Open the vent by turning the
vent knob counterclockwise all the
way before starting the engine. Close
the vent by turning the vent knob
clockwise all the way after stopping
the engine.
