How to Access It
Click Print on the File menu of your application or click Options in
the Page Setup dialog box.
Click Page Setup on the File menu of your application.
Click the Layout icon button in the Print dialog box.
Click the Utility icon button in the Print or Page Setup dialog
box.
How to Access It
Click the Background Printing icon button in the Print dialog
box.
Click the Preview icon button in the Print dialog box and click
Preview.
